All product specifications will be finalized when the payment is processed and the order is placed. We try our best to exceed your expectations in terms of quality, accuracy, finesse, timely delivery and service. However, in the unlikely event that if the packaging you received is in any way not according to your agreed specifications, you will be eligible to either ask for free replacement or get the refund of payment only under the following terms and conditions:

ProCustomBox will accept the returns/refund or replacement requests only under the following terms:

  • You need to contact the procustombox.com customer services within maximum 6 working days of receiving your goods. After that time period, no claim will be entertained. Your request must cover the original order number, complete details of the problem found in the received product and pictorial evidence.
    Our team will investigate the enquiry and will take a decision accordingly.
  • You also need to check your ordered consignment for any signs of damages and if there are any, you need to inform the courier company by taking digital pictures of the damaged shipment and share those images with the courier company as well as with ProCustomBox’s customer service department.
  • If the request for return/refund/replacement is approved by our team, we will inform the customer in due time and will either offer free of cost replacement of goods (re-delivery) or will process the refund of payment against return of goods.
